    "notes": "0.3.19: Fixes scheduled backups never running. The inline env parser in manage-backups.sh kept the surrounding quotes, so the generated timer contained OnCalendar=\"*-*-* 03:15:00\", which systemd rejects as a bad unit file setting; the enable step discarded the error, so the schedule looked active while no backup ever ran, and the value gained another quote layer on every save. The parser now unquotes and unescapes, the OnCalendar writer strips any residual quoting, and a failure to arm the timer is reported instead of ignored. Includes everything from 0.3.18."
